Per the parent letter sent home on March 28, 2012, please be reminded of the following year-end dates:

Wednesday, May 16, Noon Dismissal for All Students
Full Day for Employees

Thursday, May 17, Noon Dismissal for All Students
Full Day for Employees

Friday, May 18, Schools Closed
(appropriate school personnel are preparing for graduation)

Year-End Mailing
Student report cards, hard copies of LEAP/GEE scores, 2012-13 school calendars and any other pertinent information will be mailed to parents of students in all grades after the hard copies of LEAP/GEE scores are received from the State Department of Education.

LEAP/GEE Results, Remediation and Retests
Results for LEAP and GEE are projected to be received on Monday, May 21, 2012. Parents of students who did not meet the criteria to be promoted to grades 5 and 9 will be called. Remediation plans are tentatively in place for LEAP/GEE/EOC and are awaiting solid numbers. Remediation info will be provided as quickly as possible after results are received. Retests dates are as follows:
